The Move

Well it's been a few days since I wrote last and if you're reading this you're obviously wondering what I've been up to. Maybe not because you're interested in me personally but because you like hearing what other pilots get up to in New Eden. So what have I been up to? Well, I spent a good chunk of time in the RGDC Wolf running missions in and around the Parts system. I'd been trying to build my reputation (and my corporation's reputation) with the Federal Intelligence Office with a plan to eventually move into one of their stations. My corporation has been operating out of an Ishukone station mainly to have access to the research facility but they've been taxing the hell out of us and it's hard to impress a Caldari corporation when you're a Gallente living in Gallente space. One of my missions required me to head to the Decon system. Something about Decon played at the back of my mind until I remember where I had seen that name recently. Mynxee of the Hellcats had been in that sector doing her thing, blowing up ships. Now I was torn at this point. I was struggling between wanting to meet Mynxee (as I know she's read some of my entries) and wanting to not be blown up at our first encounter. I decided to give it a go and made the series of jumps to Decon. It was a fairly anti-climatic trip as Decon was nearly empty at the time. Oh well, perhaps we'll run into each other later.

After raising my reputation with the Federal Intelligence Office I decided it was time for a change of scenery. I rented some office space at one of the Federal Intelligence Office stations in Haine and started the laborous task of relocating all of my corporation's assets. I hopped into the RGDC McHauler and got to work. When everything was said and done I must have made the trip back and forth to Allebin at least 25 times. My corporation has been mining a lot lately to manufacture a Hyperion class battleship and the minerals were what took up most of my time.

All moved into the station, I organized a well guarded mining expedition. We got quite a few loads of both Pristine and Pure Jaspet before our Hulk pilot had to take a break for bigger and better things.

I noticed that there appears to be a few undesirable individuals that frequent Haine. As such, I organized a bit of an informal alliance with the Do Werk corporation. It's nice to be able to look at local and see a few blue out there while you're going about your business. The CEO of Do Werk and I were in the mood to blow some stuff up so we went about mission running. Unfortunately, my new friend lost his Caracal cruiser in a large battle. I picked up his items that survived the explosion and, feeling bad that he lost a ship helping me out, repaired all the items before returning them to him.
